REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At FLEXICO WATCHES, we are committed to delivering quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This policy outlines the conditions for returns, refunds, and order cancellations.

By placing an order with FLEXICO, you agree to the terms below.


1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
  • Return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
  • Item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all accessories

Items showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing packaging will not be eligible for return.


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or worn products
  • Items without original packaging or accessories
  • Discounted, promotional, or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Customized or special-order items

3. ADVANCE DEPOSIT POLICY

  • Any advance deposit paid to confirm an order is strictly non-refundable
  • This applies in all cases, including change of mind, order cancellation after confirmation, or refusal to accept delivery
  • Advance payments are used to secure inventory, processing, and order reservation

4. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share your Order ID + clear photo/video proof of issue
  3. Our team will review your request
  4. If approved, return instructions will be provided

5. REFUNDS

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5โ€“10 working days
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side

6. EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges only in cases of:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Availability-based replacement requests

7. SHIPPING COSTS

  • If the issue is from our side, return shipping is covered by FLEXICO
  • If the return is due to customer preference, shipping costs are borne by the customer

8. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
