FLEXICO is a Pakistani watch brand and watch manufacturer based in Islamabad, created with a simple idea: make original, well-designed watches that people in Pakistan can wear with confidence.
Founded by Farhan Nawaz, a young entrepreneur and software engineer passionate about creativity, technology, business, watches, and building things from the ground up, FLEXICO started from a personal love for watches and eventually became a growing e-commerce and watch manufacturing company.
Today, FLEXICO serves customers across Pakistan through its online store, social media platforms, warehouse, and physical presence in Gulberg Green, Islamabad.
Our journey is about more than selling watches. We are working to build a Pakistani watch company that customers can trust for original watches, quality products, reliable customer service, warranty support, and a better online shopping experience.
From a Watch Lover to a Watch Manufacturer
Farhan Nawaz started his journey as a watch enthusiast and collector.
His interest in watches eventually led him into e-commerce, where he spent around four years learning the watch business, understanding customer preferences, working with different products and brands, and experiencing the challenges of selling watches online in Pakistan.
After years of dealing with watches, one question became increasingly important:
Why not build our own?
That question became the beginning of FLEXICO's own watch development journey.
Instead of only selling watches from other brands, we wanted to create original watches specifically for the Pakistani market.
Building Original Watches for Pakistan
Our first major own collection was the ZENIOR Series.
The idea behind ZENIOR was simple: create an original watch with a premium design, reliable specifications, and international standards while keeping it accessible to customers in Pakistan.
The Pakistani watch market has a strong demand for premium-looking watches, but customers also face a common problem: replicas, copied designs, and products sold without enough transparency.
We wanted to offer another option.
An original watch from a Pakistani company that customers could wear confidently without relying on a replica or copied brand identity.
That philosophy remains an important part of FLEXICO.
ZENIOR Watches
ZENIOR is our own watch collection developed for customers who want original design, premium styling, and everyday wearability.
The collection represents an important milestone in our journey from watch retailer and e-commerce business to Pakistani watch manufacturer.
Within its first year, more than 25,000 customers chose the ZENIOR Series.
That response encouraged us to continue investing in product development, manufacturing, design, quality control, and new watch collections.
ZENIOR was our beginning.

Eligible FLEXICO watches come with a 365-day machine warranty according to our warranty terms.
We also provide a 7-day replacement policy for eligible cases.
If you receive a product with an eligible issue, our customer support team can guide you through the process and help resolve the matter.
For delivery-related damage claims, an unboxing video may be required so the issue can be verified and properly addressed.
Our responsibility does not end when the parcel leaves our warehouse.
